Hi and Thank You- I am not an expert in Microscopes ( I have an Olympus), but if you want to see in Dark Field, you need to have a microscope with a Dark Field Condenser. AmScope sells cheaper, student-grade microscopes. This one seems to have a wide range of Objective magnification: The top optic is where you would connect an camera, and attach it to a LED screen (or your computer, if it can do that. I have not found one for Mac's)– which is an additional cost. Here is one: https://microscopecentral.com/products/amscope-40x-1600x-3w-led-siedentopf-trinocular-bright-darkfield-compound-microscope.
